pointless update

Hey! It's November. I hate to let two months go by without an update, so: here we are. I'd been planning on writing something about how portentious the month of November is, but since I'm not in school this semester I lack the materials for inspiration.

I have today and tomorrow off from work. It's nice, since I'm recovering from a cold. I've heard that I supposedly qualify as a Phlegmatic on the old humor-based typology, but I think my body's been taking the suggestion a bit literally.

And now, I'm going to head for the parents' house, where I'll spend the day sleeping, hanging or shelving clothes, drinking orange juice, and (potentially) working on an interactive fiction project.

I was first told I fit the classic profile when I was 5, and I'm still trying to figure out if it was a self fulfilling prophecy or not. As for writing, I seem to be more prolific (albeit I can never seem to finish any writing projects) whenever my quality of life takes a nosedive. Maybe it's more evidence for the aforementioned tendencies? =P
