plugging away
Jul. 22nd, 2008 08:34 amI asked for time off on the weekend before last to go to Branson, and for more this upcoming weekend for
familyjules's birthday party. The scheduling computer at work wound up granting both requests, but it did so in a way which gave me ten days of work in a row, followed by four days off, followed by another five days on. It's exhausting.
I've been reading the columns at Wordplay a lot lately. It's good screenwriting advice, but it's also got stuff you can apply to whatever media you work in. The aforementioned ten-day work week has kind of killed my enthusiasm to actually work on my current interactive fiction project, though. Maybe next week.
The new Batman movie's great, but you all know that already.
