I'm pretty sure I waited too late to call her today; she said on Monday that she'd probably have to baby sit. On the other hand, I guess it's possible that's just an excuse so she doesn't have to hurt my feelings... but I believe very strongly in rejecting that which rejects you, and so sparing my feelings doesn't really do me much good. It just makes things confusing.
Hopefully the tactic isn't too aggressive, but I'd recommend calling her again today to get the story straight. After all, you don't want to lose out over something that wasn't her fault.
